I'm probably making this up, but are there are wearables or indeed potion-type items that give virus strains to your HAs?

There's also the Strange Blood-Filled Dropper that gives you the butterflies from 2010's butterfly bruise final form.

Sadly, it doesn't give you the body-layer to look like the virus.
